The Jewel of the Lake, as many call it, stands proud and stretches from the sandy shores to the rolling hills of the north. Many of the buildings are made of glimmering stone, bleached white by the bright sun shining upon them. A secure wall stands around the majority of the city, made of the same glimmering white stone as the buildings.
The naked eye can see many a bustling peasant and many nobles mostly on horseback trotting in and out of the gates. Moving through the city and if you follow Logan way you will find the Venerist Temple, the final resting place of Andrew McKay the beloved King who was taken so suddenly. From almost every point of the city, one can see the top of the statue of Nathaniel, the patron saint, who so valiantly fought to protect the people of Barad Lacirith from the oncoming invasion from the north. A few other such monuments can be seen next to his, inside the city square, such as the larger than life statue of Logan the beloved former Duke of the city.
